Nun folgt mit dem Album Grebfruit 2 - geprägt von Stimme und Drums - ein weit reiferes Folgewerk. So ist das Hören des Albums ein Ritt durch dicke Drum Pattern, Stimmgeflechte, Opernarien, Freak Sounds, pumpende Bässe und mächtige Chöre. Grebfruit 2 ist eine Produktion, wie man Sie von einem Drummer nicht erwarten kann. Es treten vollkommen eigenständige Klangwelten hervor, die selbst drei Cover Songs zu integrieren wissen. Alle Songs haben Charakter und Kante und sind eine Aufforderung zum mehrfachen Hören. Das Artwork des Albums scheint Sinnbild dessen zu sein: Benny Greb vermag aus vielen Kehlen zu singen und doch entspringt das Klanguniversum nur einem Kopf.

The ending of Slack is such a beautiful, powerful jam - I love John holding down that massive low end, such a simple but impactful groove!
