The Nighthawks have created some wonderful vocal tunes in the long span of their creative work, which are bundled together on the production ONLY (Vocal Tunes 2004 - 2016) for the first time. Since their beginnings the band has invited a number of selected vocalists over to the studio. This way a wide range of sound was created, which has definitely changed the sound of the band. Moving on to world music sounds with the great Polish singer Anna Maria Jopek, the Roma icon Emilia Istvan, Shannon Callahan or even the cool-lounge sounds with Pat Appleton, Patricia Cruz or the Californian star Jeff Young, who worked in the Steely Dan circle.

In this cosmos of eleven groove-emphasized vocal tracks, which fit perfectly into the summer and include classics like "Descend", "Here we are", "Define the day", there are also wonderfully backbeat-inspired numbers like "A California", sung by Dal Martino, the producer and bassist of the Nighthawks.

Die Nighthawks haben in der lange Spanne ihres Schaffens einige wunderbare Vocal Tunes geschaffen, die nun erstmalig und gebündelt auf der Produktion ONLY (Vocal Tunes 2004 - 2016) vereint sind. Seit ihren Anfängen hat die Band ausgewählte Sängerinnen und Sänger ins Studio geladen. So entstand ein breitgefächertes Klangbild, das durchaus den Sound der Band verändert hat. Hin zu weltmusikalischen Klängen mit der großen polnischen Sängerin Anna Maria Jopek, der Roma-Ikone Emilia Istvan, Shannon Callahan oder auch den cool-loungigen Klängen mit Pat Appleton, Patricia Cruz oder dem kalifornischen Star Jeff Young, der im Umfeld von Steely Dan gearbeitet hat.

In diesem Cosmos aus insgesamt elf Groove betonten Vocal-Tracks, die perfekt in den Sommer passen und Klassiker wie "Descend", "Here we are", "Define the day" beinhalten, tummeln sich eben auch wunderbar Backbeat- lastige Nummer, wie das "A California", gesanglich vorgetragen von Dal Martino, dem Produzenten und Bassisten der Nighthawks.
